A Hot Dog Sandwich, Bryce’s Federal Crunchy Donut Among New World Series Foods at CBP – NBC10 Philadelphia
The Phillies Gobbler wasn’t enough, now a hot dog sandwich, a special treat from Federal Donuts and Red October Punch are being added to the menu for Phillies fans at Banc Ciudadà Park for the World Series.
Good luck fans (or rich enough) to have Fall Classic tickets for Games 3, 4 and 5 this week, you can sample some unique creations at CBP.
As part of his Chefs on the Road programbased in Philadelphia Aramark leaned on a new take on a staple thanks to Aramark Executive Chef Scott Strickland, who brings a Houston-inspired Crawford Dog to the folks at the Diamond Club.
The Crawford dog includes “two split grilled Angus beef hotdogs on a potato bun and topped with Crawford Bock bacon, onion relish and yellow mustard,” Aramark said.
For dessert? Head over to the Fall Classics booth near Section 139 Pumpkin Pie Cannoliwhich Aramark describes as a “white chocolate-dipped cannoli with a toasted almond crust.”
More than one donut? Philly favorite Federal Donuts is selling them Bryce Crispy Donut which includes “Phillies red marshmallow glaze, rice crispy candy pieces and a drizzle of white marshmallow,” according to Aramark. FedNuts is in section 140.
How about some cheesy goodness? In section 109, fans can find the Hot chicken bowl with honey and cheesewhich Aramark said includes “creamy mac and cheese topped with panko breadcrumbs and house-pulled chicken with a warm honey glaze.”
You can wash everything with it Red October punch — vodka, lemonade, lime juice and pomegranate — o Apple cider margarita — apple cider, silver tequila, triple sec, lime juice and maple syrup — that are available at various locations around the ballpark, including Miller Lite Landing.
