Last week, the Bruins went ahead and signed Mitchell Miller, who you may remember as the 2020 draft pick the Coyotes let go after it was widely known that he had been convicted of harassing a classmate. Then, on Sunday after massive backlash, the Bruins announced that they, too, would be moving on from Miller:

The mother of the young victim of Miller’s bullying and racist comments talks here about how it has affected her son: “Every time this comes up, it brings him back to where he was. To sit at the table with Mitchell in seventh grade, he had to say it was his N-word, or he had to sit in the cafeteria by himself.
