Bills vs. Lions score: Live updates, highlights, analysis for Thanksgiving game; Von Miller injured his knee, away

The Detroit Lions and Buffalo Bills are already putting on a show this Thanksgiving, with plenty of offense in an entertaining first half, with Buffalo leading 17-14 at halftime. Tyler Bass had a 47-yard field goal to give Buffalo the lead at halftime after James Houston fended off a Bills touchdown drive and threw Josh Allen on third down to hold the field.

The Bills suffered a devastating loss as Von Miller is out late in the second quarter with a knee injury. Miller was taken out on a gurney and his injury appears to be significant.

Josh Allen has both passing and rushing touchdowns in the first half, passing Patrick Mahomes and Cam Newton for the first five career touchdowns in NFL history (161). Only Dan Marino (171) has more career starts than Allen. Allen’s three-yard touchdown run gave the Bills a 14-7 lead in the second quarter and a touchdown pass to Isaiah McKenzie also led to Buffalo’s first score of the game.

Jared Goff has a touchdown pass in the first half, and Amon-Ra St. He threw one to Brown on fourth-and-goal, tying the game at 14 with 1:52 left in the second quarter. St. Brown, who had his first touchdown catch since Week 2, had four catches for 34 yards and a score. Jamaal Williams also has a touchdown, his 13th of the season. Only Barry Sanders has more rushing touchdowns in a Lions season than Williams, who tied Sanders (1990) and Billy Sims (1980, 1981) for the third most rushing touchdowns in Lions history.
