A former NFL bench player was arrested last week for dragging luggage through a carousel at an Atlanta airport, according to a report.

Former defensive back Damian Parms, who had brief stints with three professional teams, was charged with theft after taking a phone charger from a bag at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, police said. According to Fox 5 Atlanta.

Body camera footage obtained by the television station shows Parms talking to authorities at the baggage claim area about the bizarre incident.

He is accused of taking a piece of luggage and removing the charger before leaving the remaining items at another airport carousel, Fox 5 reported.

He then reportedly left the facility only to return a few hours later, where he was spotted by police in the baggage claim area.

An officer in the picture asked Parms if he had flown that day.

Parms reportedly said no, with the officer saying, “Okay, so you didn’t have to do anything, not even come to a carousel.”
