Philadelphia Phillies JT Realmuto, Aaron Nola, Kyle Schwarber named to All-MLB teams
As Major League Baseball announced Monday, Philadelphia Phillies Stars JT Realmuto, Aaron Nola and Kyle Schwarber have been named to the 2022 All-MLB teams.
Realmuto, who had an MVP-caliber season, was named to the All-MLB First Team. The catcher had an amazing year, finishing 10th in all of baseball in fWAR with an amazing total of 6.5.
Nola and Schwarber were each named to the MLB Second Team. Nola led all qualified pitchers in fWAR this season and arguably pitched his best campaign to date.
Schwarber, meanwhile, led the National League in home runs and had a fabulous year at the plate.

The honors were well-deserved for this particular group of Phillies players, who played a major role in the team claiming its first World Series berth since 2009.
