NFC Championship: Eagles fans fill the streets of Philadelphia after advancing to Super Bowl LVII

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Fans filled the streets of Philadelphia on Sunday night the eagles‘ big win over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship.

“We’ve seen another incredible experience. We can’t wait. We’re going back to the Super Bowl,” said Jason Wallner of Northeast Philadelphia.

“I’ve never been happier in my entire life,” added Colleen McCoy of Phoenixville.

Fans flocked to Broad Street in Center City and Frankford and Cottman in Mayfair after learning they were returning to their moments. Super Bowl.

Since the Eagles won in 2018, families have been keeping the tradition going.

“Obviously this is something you dream about as a kid. These guys on the team have dreamed about this their whole life, too,” coach Nick Sirianni said. “To be able to do it with a bunch of men who love each other, who are connected to each other, who will do anything for each other is pretty sweet.”

The Eagles will face former head coach Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs on Feb. 12 at State Farm Stadium.
