Watch Bison OL Cody Mauch’s highlights during Senior Bowl All-Star game week – InForum
MOBILE, Ala. — North Dakota State linebacker Cody Mauch took part in the Reese’s Senior Bowl press conference on Wednesday, Feb. 1, ahead of the second day of practice in the College All-Star Game for NFL Draft Prospects.
Mauch talked about his favorite meals in the NDSU dining center and the toughest matchups he’s had in his Bison football career. Mauch said Illinois quarterback Zeke Vandenburg was a tough competitor. Stromboli is among his favorite dishes in the dining room.
On the first day of Senior Bowl practice, Mauch played left guard after playing left tackle the past few seasons at NDSU. He lined up at center during Day 2 of practice on Wednesday. ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. wrote on social media this week that he nearly predicted Mauch would go to the Buffalo Bills at the end of the first round of his mock draft.
“I’m a big fan of Mauch,” Kiper wrote. “Almost had him number 27 in my mock draft. NFL Network analyst
Daniel Jeremiah listed Mauch as one of his top 50 prospects
for the upcoming NFL draft.
