Princes William and Harry’s first public appearance since the Queen’s death: greeting a crowd of mourners

dailystar.co.uk reports that Prince William and brother Harry put their apparent feud on hold to greet mourners at Windsor Castle.

The brothers, along with wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, were photographed with the crowd just two days after the monarch’s death.

Families were also seen looking at the many bouquets of flowers in tribute to the late Queen.

The couple were applauded by the crowd as they made their way back to the castle.

It is the first time the brothers and their wives have appeared together since the Queen’s death.

The brothers were said to have been at loggerheads for the past few years, but now the differences seem to have been put to rest.

The Prince and Princess of Wales happily shook hands with everyone they met and also accepted several bouquets of flowers.

A member of the crowd gave Prince William a small Paddington bear, and Kate also stopped to take a few selfies with the crowd.
