Le Dîner en Blanc is a spectacular picnic in the city that has been taking place all over the world for more than 30 years: from Paris to New York, from Los Angeles to Singapore. The code of the exclusive event born in France is white, elegance and good taste.

During it, hundreds of couples dressed in white enjoy great food, live music and selected company in the most beautiful place in the city. The key to the magical evening at the end of the summer was also in the hands of the people of Vilnius and the guests of the city.

Even before the start of the event, it was reported that over 900 participants are expected to gather this year. Among them are Canadian Lithuanians, representatives of show business, and prominent businessmen, such as Žilvinas Grigaitis, Erika Purauskytė, Rasa Barauskaite, Simona Burbaite, Urtė Mikelevičiūtė, Lucina Rimgaile, Daiva Mumgaudienė, Justas Tomkus and others. Participants also celebrate their weddings, birthdays or other important holidays during the special dinner.

The celebration began at 7:00 p.m. – the sound of the trumpet announced the beginning of the waving of napkins. Dinner started right after that. The rules state that no walking is allowed during dinner.

The organizers also surprised with Le Dîner en Blanc performer – this time the well-known artist Augustė appears here with her band.
