Main production mon Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH presents to the market more economical than before Green Efficiency Drive (GED) models, which help to save almost 30 percent. fuel
The German machine manufacturing plant Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH produces special machines for sawmills and other wood processors pick and carry woodworking exchange, which has a special roller and a special drill, or boktel, moving at an angle of 360 degrees. According to Sennebogen representative Matthias belacker, the new Green Efficient Drive (GED) model introduced to the market in recent years is based on an innovative electric drive that has helped almost 30 percent. reduce fuel consumption. This was possible due to the energy management system of the artificial propeller’s electric drive, which uses the energy generated during braking. The result is a more manageable trade-in with a smaller engine that uses less energy, is kinder to the environment, but is just as efficient as previous models. The power for the electric drive is produced by the generator attached to the diesel engine.
Due to the electric drive, the GED model is quieter than the previous models, the electric drive reduces vibrations and noise in the cabin, but the exchange is safe and conveniently controlled. The steering wheel can be turned at an angle of 360 degrees, so the driver can see well in all directions, due to the electric drive motor system reacts optimally when starting and positioning the steering wheel, this ensures better dynamics and accuracy and allows safe driving even on an inclined surface, says Belacker.
Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH, noticing the need to develop a woodworking exchange specifically for sawmills, first pick and carry Main produced in 2005. The specially designed compact is suitable for snowboards pick and carry the woodworking exchange was a complete innovation in the market, because previously woodworkers used stationary exchanges, but the Sennebogen model used for loading work does not need a stationary place, that is, it does not have to stand, says Sennebogen representative in Estonia Risto Kippasto i O ScanBalt Crane.
Since 2000 mon ScanBalt Crane Oܓ is the official representative of Sennebogen main in all Baltic countries, experienced mons team works in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
in Estonia pick and carry processing exchange is not very common, although, for example, European sawmills, as well as our neighbors in Lithuania and Latvia, have much more of it.
According to Aimar Kreevald, manager of Combiwood Grupp’s O Combimill Sakala, it is difficult to change bad things, and Estonian sawmills use wheel loaders as a Scandinavian example. Finland is the closest to us with a good technical base, and it is the leader, they have a lot of experience, so usually the sawmill workers go to them to change the wheels, so later they choose such decisions. In addition, wheel loaders are suitable for slightly different conditions, they do not need asphalt as an initial investment, Kreevald explains that the wheel loaders, which are almost twice as heavy, are not intended for working on soft ground. Sennebogen pick and carry it works perfectly on asphalt or hard surfaces, that’s what our surfaces are.
Combimill Sakala, owned by Combiwood Grupp, operates on the former Suure-Jaani mill territory with an area of 11 ha. We work in the cold conditions of the old school, there is not much space in our sawmill to store the necessary oils, so pick and carry is a much more efficient solution for us than a traditional wheel loader, especially because of our location, says Kreevald.
He claims that the wheel loader with the forklift had to go around the rst line in order to adjust and adjust the so-called pick and carry exchange can raise mediag over the line, no need to drive anywhere. Sennebogen pick and carry the exchange is well balanced and has a different design, so the rods can be moved across the line, higher and further, so the movement distances of the new exchange are about 20 percent compared to the previous ones. meatier
In order to cover longer distances, a trailer can be attached to the exchange, but the compact woodworking exchange of a special design is primarily intended for work on the site. The Sennebogen 735 is a powerful, extra-high-lift truck specially designed for sawmills, the paper industry, the plywood industry and other wood-handling industries. With all-wheel drive, the logs can be transported and stacked even in a particularly narrow space, says Sennebogen representative Matthias belacker.
The fact that Sennebogen brings to the market a new Green Efficiency Drive (GED) pick and carry According to Kreevald, exchange in order to facilitate the customer’s work and reduce expenses is a very important aspect, because all of us are constantly looking for opportunities to save and exchange expenses.
When choosing the new 735E GED, the main argument was fuel economy. at the moment, hydrogen is not yet supplied to the engine, although we are already waiting for it, so we collect what we can to make the work of the sawmill more sustainable and ecological. And if you can get 30 percent. more economical exchange, it is easy to make a decision in any case. The investment will pay off quickly, says Kreevald, who has worked in the woodworking industry for more than 25 years.
According to Kreevald, because it was used earlier pick and carry the exchange had already worked its fourth year of operation, it was not difficult to make the decision to change it, especially when it helps to save money. Every exchange is appreciated. And although the purchase of a new exchange always requires higher costs for the company, but if there is no working exchange at the right time and there is no possibility to work, it costs even more.
Kreevald says that wood processing exchanges also require higher driver qualifications. If a driver can start working with a wheel loader after relatively simple training that lasts about a week, learn to work with pick and carry exchange requires much more time, tsia Panekov, saying that when working with pick and carry you need to practice more and analyze how to use the game as efficiently as possible. The work takes place at height, the cabin is more open than bad, and in addition, different working movements are required. In order to save as much fuel as possible, you need to take good care of the exchange operation. A lot depends on the driver, and in order to get the most benefit, it takes more time to learn how to work well with the car, it has only been in use for about a month. However, we managed to save a little and the exchange paid off, Kreevald is happy. By the way, the exchange we ordered was the next exchange allowed in the factory throughout Europe.
And Combmill Sakala has only one pick and carry wood management exchange and it meets the basic needs of mons. at the moment it meets our needs, the exchange rate corresponds to our money rate. Since this is not the cheapest exchange, when there is a lot of work, we also use simpler exchanges, says Kreevald.
The other is similar pick and carry the exchange, only an older model, is used in another Combiwood Grupp sawmill, the Combimill Reopalu, which also operates in the area of the previous mill and in cold conditions.
Kreevald himself went to Germany several times to interact with Sennebogen production. We recently visited the new Sennebogen warehouse and logistics center, which has just been completed, and spare parts are being sent to it. About 25 million were invested. euro Everything they do is great. We will also visit the Sennebogen factory several times and see how everything is planned on site and aimed at giving the customer confidence, being closer to the customer, seeing what their warehouses and work speeds are like, how everything is built and invested. It helps to gain trust.
Kreevald values personal communication. This is a German-run business, they are very dedicated to it and want to do everything as well as possible.
According to him, the goal of running a business is always to avoid possible problems. When you buy from them, they want to show you the production side as well. They really want to get feedback from the customer, Kreevald says, insisting that communication is part of the manufacturer’s development. When communicating with customers, they discuss needs and issues with the goal of getting the next morning. Fixing what is wrong is real improvement.
