Crispy apple pie

You will need:

  • 6 apples (diced)
  • 3 years sh. honey
  • 1.5 years sh. cinnamon
  • 2 v. sh. lemon juice
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 100 g oat flour (you can grind oat flakes)
  • 100 g of coconut flakes
  • 70 g of melted (ghee) butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 year sh. vanilla extract

How to produce

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lightly grease a baking dish with melted butter or coconut oil. I use a 20×20 cm baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the chopped apples, 2 tbsp. sh. honey, coconut shavings, 1 tbsp. sh. cinnamon and lemon juice. After mixing, pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.

Mix the remaining ingredients – flour, oats, a little salt, melted butter that has been in the refrigerator (it must be cool), a spoonful of honey, 1/2 tbsp. sh. cinnamon and vanilla. You can use a fork to mash all the ingredients together until smooth.

Distribute the resulting crumbly mass on the apples and put them in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until nicely browned.

It can be served with natural yogurt or whipped coconut cream, if you want it sweeter, you can sprinkle it with honey.
