Zalgiris’ pre-season trip to Spain – additional matches and a larger lineup

The basketball players of “Zalgiris” Kaunas will fly to the city of Malaga in Spain this Friday, where they will continue their preparations for the season. The Žalgiris team, having received the American Tyler Cavanaugh who joined the training this week, will play three instead of the planned two test matches in Spain.

“Zalgiris” will have a test of strength with the players of “Baloncesto” of Melilla, who play in the second Spanish basketball division, on Saturday, the day after their arrival in Spain. This additional match, which will not be broadcast live, will be a warm-up in the Kaunas’ pre-season schedule before the control tournament against Unicaja Malaga and Real Madrid.
